Andrew Kapula, Managing Director
Andrew has over 19 years’ experience in Information and Communication Technologies most of which was attained at CEC Plc. Andrew has a very strong background in ICT, with an Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and a Master’s degree in Computing Systems Design. He held the positon of Senior Manager-Telecoms & Information Technology at CEC Plc and served on CEC Liquid board prior to joining CEC Liquid Telecom.
Jonathan Soko, Chief Corporate and Project Officer
Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience in the ICT and industrial control industries, 5 of which were at senior management and executive level. His most recent positions before joining CEC Liquid Telecom were Deputy CEO of Realtime, Zambia, and Director, Special Projects at CEC. Jonathan holds a degree in Telecommunication Systems, Design and Management, a Diploma in Telecommunications and is currently studying for an MBA.
Mwizukanji Sikanyika, Chief Technical Officer
Mwizukanji Sikanyika has over 10 years’ experience in the ICT industry. He started his career in the mining industry after attaining a degree in Computer Science, and later worked for CEC as a Senior Engineer before joining CEC Liquid Telecom. He also holdsholds a BPhil degree in Information and Knowledge management from Stellenbosch University.
Marjorie Nalubamba, Chief Marketing & Sales
Marjorie has over 20 years’ experience in ICT sales with the last 10 years in the telecommunications industry identifying new markets, being involved in new product development and handling public relations activities. She is a Chartered Marketer with a BSc, Mathematics with Computer Science and an MBA.
Edgar R Mvula, Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer
Edgar has been a Human Resources Practitioner and Consultant for over 20 years and was Employee Relations Manager with Copperbelt Energy Corporation Plc from 2004. His experience as a Human Resources Practitioner has been in all the areas of the Human Resources function including activities relating to Labour Relations, Manpower Planning, Pay Accounting and Performance Management, Implementation of Conditions of Service and Negotiations with Labour Edgar has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (in Human Resource Management) with a major in Business Management, a Diploma in Education and a Diploma in Training Management.
